The article discusses the theoretical aspects of intangible stimulation and identifies commonalities in different interpretations by scientists. The tendencies of peculiarities of intangible stimulation of work at the Ukrainian enterprises in general, and PJSC «Oranta» in particular, are analyzed. The need to re-evaluate non-monetary incentives in the policy of stimulating the company's employees is revealed. The main criterion in the effectiveness of the introduction of intangible incentives is the primary satisfaction of physiological needs, and confirmation of the social importance of the employee. A properly designed intangible incentive system guarantees safe conditions for the entire company through economic, social and organizational goals. The article analyzes the modern methods of non-material motivation of the personnel, describes their impact on the world perception, and provides recommendations for their further practical application on the example of Oranta Insurance Company of Ukraine. It is relevant for insurance companies to apply methods that are compensatory and disciplinary in nature. In particular, the following are considered effective: flexible work schedule, wellness services, remote work organization, group activity, aerobics or wellness service. Analyzing the above methods, it should be noted that in most cases they are aimed at meeting basic needs: physiological needs, stress prevention and work burnout. This trend is directly related to the stressful conditions of daily work and the low standard of living in Ukraine as a whole. In order to increase productivity, it is necessary to develop a comprehensive incentive structure of the enterprise, which will be the basis for the development of systems of motivation and stimulation. It is the harmonious combination of tangible and intangible incentives that will lead the company to establishing a positive reputation.
