Annotation:

The increasing of the efficiency of the food industry is a strategic task for the country, the solution of which will provide the conditions for enhancement and improvement the quantitative and qualitative indicators of the development of its economy. The long-term experience of economic development shows that innovations play an important role in the efficient functioning of food business operators in many countries, providing strategic advantages to leaders of innovative processes. Particular attention should be paid to the financing of innovation development, which is not carried out to the appropriate extent in Ukraine. Therefore, the topic of choice sources of funding is very relevant for large domestic enterprises and foreign businessmen, politicians, scientists, and for ordinary citizens, because the additional investment resources in the innovative development of the food industry – direct way to sustainable development of society, stabilization of the socio-economic situation in country.
