Annotation:

Ecologization of innovative strategies in modern economic and geopolitical conditions is an issue for the oil complex enterprises, whose effectiveness directly affects to the state economy, the pace and trends of development of practically all areas material production. By exploring the current level of innovative development of the oil and gas complex, the authors identify a number of problematic issues that need to be addressed. The article substantiates the necessity of activating ecologically oriented innovative processes. With the help of appropriate decision-making mechanisms, provision of environmental safety, optimal use of labor reserves and effective interaction with stakeholders, perspective directions of activation of innovation activity on the basis of sustainable development are determined. In order to effectively implement the principles and technologies of ecologization of innovation activity, sources of environmentally-oriented growth and optimization of managerial efficiency in oil production are determined.
